  EXTREMELY disappointed with our Apple experience. Made a reservation ahead of time at our closest Apple store (30 miles away). When the reservation was made they said that it would take approximately 1 maybe 2 hours time to replace the phone battery on iPhone 7 Plus. When we checked in, they said it would be 2 1/2 hours. Reluctantly due to the wait, we went ahead and left the phone with Apple. Wasted time in the mall until 30 minutes before our final time to check in with a rep and see if maybe it was done early. They told us to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready. Checked in again 30 minutes later and they told us to go wait to the side and someone would be there shortly. We waited another 20 minutes for someone to get to us, only to let us know... THEY HADNT DONE ANYTHING WITH THE PHONE!!! Apparently there was a small crack at the corner of the screen and to replace the battery, the screen’s crack would become worse and they did not want to continue without our permission. At that point to have anything done with it, it would be an overnight fix before it would be finished. Sophia was the girl that assisted us at the end with this information and did offer to replace the screen and replace the battery for just the price of the screen. Although that is a nice offer and maybe a good deal, we had budgeted for a $30 expense and not $170 expense. Plus the fact if we left it with them overnight, we would have to drive 45+ minutes each way just to get to the store. We declined and were COMPLETELY FAILED by Apple today. I have been a loyal Apple customer for as long as I can remember, but we will be looking to different brands in the future due to this infinitely frustrating experience. Today, Apple robbed us of the gas to drive to and from their store, our entire weekend afternoon, and left us with a phone that still dies after only a few hours.

  Te atienden bien y hablan español e inglés, lo ideal es pedir cita ya que tienen mucha gente
