::Customer Service so far has been horrible. You make an appointment and still have to wait for an hour or longer. The stools you are sitting on are very hard!!! You have to ask what the procedures are for signing in. They have over 25 employees on the floor. Approximately 15 are working the others are standing around laughing at customers. After you sign in you are no longer acknowledged until it’s your time to visit with a representative. I’m sitting across from a customer that stated they told him the wait time with his appointment is at least 1 hour and 45 minutes just to see a representative.

::Busy as you would expect any Apple store to be. Workers seemed overwhelmed and scattered. I had an online pickup to grab and what should have been a quick 5 minute ordeal turned into close to a half hour because the person helping me kept being grabbed by other customers for help. Definitely felt like I was an afterthought.

::Was not okay with the answer I got at all. I had my Galaxy S3 since 2014 with 1 battery change and it still turns on and works fine. Got a new IPhone 6S when it came out and just this month ordered a new battery for it and got it unlocked but when I went to the apple store they said it was nothing they could do to fix it. I've never dropped it in water. Never broke or cracked my screen. Had it for 3 yrs. And they said it was completely dead and the only option was to replace it by buying a new one. No. Never buying anything apple Shaun if it don't last. Back to Android. Idc

::I went to this location last week thinking that I was going to take forever there and probably not get any help right away especially when I saw how many people were there. It was so different when I arrived. Right when my fiancé and I walked in a guy asked how could he help and I told him the problem and he tried to help me out, then he got someone else to help me with my phone issue. Both guys were so helpful, they explained what to do step by step and they answered all of my questions. They were so professional as well. I recommend this location and I would definitely go back. I don't normally review locations but I felt the need to tell people that I had a pretty good experience.

::Mixed review. Some of the staff was awesome some of the staff made me feel like I was bothering them. I went to buy a iPhone X the wait was under 15 minutes. They did not activate my phone or bother to make sure it was working. When I got home and tried to activate they had forgot to give me a SIM card. I returned to the store for the second time. The wait was under 15 minutes but the visit could been avoided. I would return but expect average service.
