  Very nice and helpful. Not many professionals these days with a heart not only a wallet thinking. A bit of waiting, but I'd prefer to wait and have a great experience than be rushed for extra money.

  After changing insurance 3 months ago, they decided to change my payments NOT reviewing or going over terms with me that it will be changed. I called to discuss with the broker of my account and he was the most unprofessional, rude and insulting employee. I will highly recommend if anyone is looking for insurance and need the right guidance in account servicing or questioning in the future, DO NOT go to this agency. He did not want to deal with my case and wanted me to change brokers. He basically mentioned it wasnt worth the commission he received to deal with my situation. I plan to esculate this matter ASAP and change agencies. Do not trust them.

  Hate it.... They only work with one insurance company and thats countrywide. Nothing to chose from.

  Great service. They can take care of almost anything you need to do at the DMV. Most of the time they have it ready next day. No wasting time at the DMV. The last time I went to the DMV I wanted for 2 hours. At Apple Insurance I've never waited over 10 minutes. Love this place.

  Forget the insurance. If you need dmv work. Most things can be done here without waiting at the dmv. A fee is required but I'd definitely would rather pay amd wait a day or so then waste a whole day waiting at the dmv!
