::Now I see why they get 5 star reviews because they offer you a free oil change if you give them a 5 star rating. However, what they don’t tell you is that if you ever have to come back for service issues that is when you will see their true colors. Even if you have an extended warranty on your vehicle, they give you the run around in order to overcharge you for services that should be covered. They don’t answer your questions directly and give you a whole song and dance. It’s really disgusting how this place operates and their “service advisors” should be properly trained in providing the type of quality customer service that they claim to provide

::It’s not the same old Apple Honda you may have visited previously, or heard about. A new building, a new attitude and approach...more welcoming and customer friendly. We went in to have the car serviced and came out with an upgrade on a lease set to expire at the end of the year...and drove out with a new beautiful car and lease...the same day. Jose B and Bill were the best experience. It’s a whole new dealership/showroom atmosphere. Still smiling since the day we left, a week later.

::Terrible dealer! We just moved to the US and try to bought our first car (2014 Honda Civic). The purchase took more than 6 hours. We chose the car in half an hour (after 2 test drives). After this the manager lied to us in during 6 hours. He said that all will be ready soon (repeat it each half hour). Also he promised to clean the salon, and repair some small things in car. The manager lied to us that they were doing it while we waited. After more than 6 hours of waiting we were very tired and inattentive. When we paying the price of the car increased by $100 from our deal with the manager (we understand it only on next day). The car we were given when the salon was closing. Of course they don't cleaned salon and don't fixed what was promised. Also they wasn't give us a second key. We had to go again the next day (spend 2 hours up to road). The key was given to us, but the dry cleaning and repair was not done, because this service needs to be booked in advance. We had to go a week later (spend next 2 hours up to road) to get fixes they promised, but they did not do the dry cleaning. Also manager promised us to compensate for the cost of gasoline, but it was a lie too. Few weeks later we were stopped by police and get a ticket. Dealer sold a car with tinted front windows, which is prohibited in NY. We hoped that the US is home of honest and decent people. But this guys are liars, cheaters and do not care about the customer. Do not repeat our mistakes and do not believe the manager's.

::Apple Honda was the best Long Island dealer I have bought from. I purchased cars from three other Honda dealers but Apple was welcoming and service was great. Salesman Bill was a pleasure to deal with. He was informative, patient and made experience of buying a car so easy. Brian in the finance department was just as good as Bill. He was extremely personable and walked us through process. We will definitely be going back for service and more purchases, recommend Apple Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
