::Good location, staff is helpful and kind! Obviously like any Apple store, there will be a wait and they are probably a little behind, particularly during rush hours. Nonetheless, they do their best to see you as promptly as they can. NOTE: this is the only Apple store in DC proper, so I would strongly recommend avoiding walk ins, particularly during the school year when university is in session.

::I’m truly happy with the service at this location, every time but today was exceptional. The manager Mr Walter was so nice & very understanding. He just made my day not forgetting the team that checks up with you and make sure everything is fine, definitely 10/10 customer service. Don’t hesitate to visit this location, they’re the best !!!!! 😬

::Great midsize Apple store in Georgetown. I was served very pleasantly when buying my new phone. The employee was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and had some great stories. It created a complete and genuinely pleasant user experience!

::I have lived in Georgetown for 18 years, before this store opened.The staff is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way to solve problems. I am impressed that the store has hired employees with disabilities. These employees provide the same excellent service I would expect. Apple is an asset to the community and brings in business to nearby merchants and restaurants.

::The staff here is amazing. Kevin at the Genius Bar was a pleasure to hang out with while he helped me. The other guys also kept checking on me and invited me to take one of the Garage Band classes as I waited an hour for my Genius Bar appointment. Really great experience today. One note, this store fills up super fast. So get there before the doors open and don’t move.
