::nice big store, plenty of things to look at, just wish staff is a little more honest about upcoming new things or where to check, most of the speeches are "apple don't tell us anything" when things are coming out or new problems, some "off the record" do give suggestions and for those I thank you. what make a great company is when they can share honest and good information.

::Greeted at the door and ignored by the person working the area I was directed too. She didn’t even look up from her phone. I understand she may have been working on something, but that’s really no excuse for ignoring the people in the store.

::I needed to visit the Apple store at the Fashion show mall in Las Vegas while traveling. My volume on my iPhone 8 and the camera on my daughters iPhone 8 hadn’t been working since we purchased them. We were set up with Mark to help us with our technical issues. He was amazing!!! He replaced both of our phones because the issues were not able to be resolved with new parts. This seems reasonable but my phone had recently been dropped and cracked negating the warranty. Mark was so unbelievably kind to still replace it inspite of policy. I will forever be thankful that Mark and the wonderful people at the Apple store went the extra mile to take care of me. My ongoing relationship for many years has been such a positive one!!! I am grateful for people like Mark and how he made our experience so wonderful. Thanks Mark! Thanks Apple!

::James from the genius bar was the best of help and was very knowledgeable about the company and the products. He deferentially understands the company's values and helped me in the most efficient way. A pleasure to deal with, he helped me yesterday with a problem I had been having for a few weeks. Been dealing with apple for years and he is deferentially the best person I have come across. Great asset at apple.

::Actually talked to Shane in corporate. He was great...recommend I go right over to the Apple store and they would take care of me. Said I didn't need a new Ipad just a new battery. Saving me quite a bit of $$. Will see what kind of service I get at the Las Vegas store. Will keep you posted! Pat
