  I am not sure if the office personnel is pleasant. I never made it in to see the dentist because of how rude Wendy was to me over the phone. I called to cancel an appointment and she started to lecture me about making appointments and cancelling them. When I told her something urgent came up, she hung up on me. If I scheduled an appointment with a dentist because I am in pain and I cancel the appointment, it is probably something of an urgent manner to continue to deal with the tooth pain.

  Horrible office, if you plan on getting major work with them. Please get a second opinion. I came here for a cleaning, because of bleeding from my gums. I was told I'd need a root canal, so I made an appointment. I got cleaned ,went home brushed and still was bleeding. For some reason I went to another dentist, and he found a piece of food that was lodged under my gums. He then went on the tell me I did not need a root canal and my teeth were in excellent condition. I was charged a $50 cancellation fee for no show and the old hag receptionist still insisted on not removing it, even after I explained the situation. Makes me wonder how many paid for work they did not need.

  This is the best dentistry I've ever been at! The dentist is great and very gentle! All the staff is very nice and helpful. There is also a discount for teeth whitening. If you order in-office teeth whitening, or at-home teeth whitening, you get $50 dollars off of the price of the teeth whitening! Overall, I can say that this is a wonderful dentistry, and they are very good with kids!

  Very rude office. Had one phone call with them and was instantly turned off. Receptionist was very rude and nasty from the moment she answered the phone, to when i hung up. I work as a receptionist and know that this is no way to treat a potential patient. It is much more difficult to go out of the way to be nasty to people, than to show basic human kindness. I will never go here, or recommend anyone to go here.

  Very Rude and Nasty Receptionist. People wrote this good reviews about them because of $ 50 discount.yes .If you want $ 50 discount write a good review. Mean and Rude Receptionist.
