  Deja Vu Apple Store: Great Staff; Not the biggest store ever...Tip:Arrive with an Appt made in advance, and quelle surprise - parking is a pain.

  After waiting more than five minutes just inside the front door I had to take the initiative and make my way to the back of the store to ask for help. I was then put on a wait list to buy a phone I had money ready to pay for. This phone was a gift and if it was for me I would have walked out. After being asked twice if my name was Bryan I said that I can be Bryan if it means I can spend my more than $850 on a phone that I have been waiting ten minutes for. The attendant, Patrick, then proceeded to correct me and tell me that in fact I had only been waiting seven minutes. I found this incredibly rude and also he failed to take into account the time I waited before finding someone to put my name on a list. Monet who finally helped me was sweet but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. These employees need some serious customer service training.

  Employees were very helpful and courteous in fixing my malfunctioning MacBook Air.

  Busy, but I fit in easily to speak to the experts. There is a police guard posted in front.

  It's not too too crowded, and fairly pleasant, I had a nice enough visit unlike the Genius Bar at Union Square
