::Most horrible experience ever: went with my iphone 7 to change display and they came back with the phone off not able to tunrn it back on saying that it was water damaged. Of course they gave me the option to either purchase a new one or pay $320 for a swap. The problem was that the phone was not backed up and they refuse to explain logically why the phone was not turning back on even if the phone was working when I got to the store. This was my line that I used for my business so imagine the frustration especially that I did not drop the phone in the water.The manager Lacey had such poor managerial skillsb hat she just' made the situation worst with attitude and her whole aproach. I didnt expect such poor service and definately not to make the phone worst that it was from an Apple store. Oh and do I have to mention that I'm pregnant and they let me leave the store without a phone, even if I addressed this concern with them and told them I cannot be without a phone, while I walked in the store with a working phone??? I will make sure to share my experience past this post, extremly dissapointed in Apple and their customer service approach!

::You will experience long lines and it may be overly crowded but I have to commend the Apple employees on their customer services skills, patience and knowledge! They have saved my butt more than once, solving my problems plus saving me huge expenses I would have paid through my cell phone carrier. I have gone in there irate and confused but amazingly I walk out calm and happy.

::I have edited this review because the employees are getting much better at customer service and of course they are really nice and they get your product repaired for the first time but after that they sometimes make you pay but for my instance they didn’t make me pay. I’m not giving them a five because the wait are still very long. Maybe we will see improvement like we saw recently so I’ll keep everyone updated

::Updated:2/20/18 Ideal location and friendly staff. Some repairs are done immediately and others are sent off site (dependent upon the complexity). Genius Bar has messaging and set services that let you know right when they are ready to take you for an appointment or class. Thanks to Eddie (Instructor). Appreciate the team, quick service and spot on advice that enhances life with our many Apple products. --- 2017 Review Excellent customer service at this new store location. Elegant design within that is bright and customers "chill" for appointments (Genius I-Bar) on wooden cubes. Location is across from the Tesla on the 1st floor.
