  Had decided to travel elsewhere (by bus!) to bank, as this branch was incompetent and has rude attitude ! Not a good experience...I had to over 3 times insist they correct their work! Several recent frustrating experiences w/ an "associate" And even an "Assist. Director" made me stressed-out and angry...Generally, they were incompetent and rude; most of them, (and tellers too), seem inattentive, like I and my money are unimportant annoyances...like I should accept their hostile looks, and not get what I request from them; like correct statements + documentation... It's closest to my home, but horrid! I went there today, as I spotted the 1 OK desk jockey I know of, there. She helped me, apologized for the other negative experience (which shocked her), and informed me that the former "Asst. Director" had just retired; that the new one was competent, helpful, and that I should let herself know if today's transaction is not subsequently processed as I desire. She solved everything, but am still hesitant... Time will tell...

  The tellers look and act like they hate their jobs. They also close at 4pm on weekdays... 24-hour banking my a$$. Their ATM technology looks obsolete.

  Stopped by there today to open an account and the attitude was like they couldn’t care less. No answers to my questions. Tellers looked hung over. So I left and will put my $ someplace else
