  SLOWEST AND WORST BANK IN NEW YORK EVER! I thought BOA was bad, they do not compare.

  They are baddd!!!!! They let a 98 year old customer with dementia take out over $160,000. They were very unprofessional in trying to correct their errors. The adult protection service is investigating them. Do not trust them with your money.

  This place has the worst customer service, worst hours and overall a sad excuse for a bank. We miss Emigrant banked there for decades.
