  I just called the office today at exactly 9am and a very rude receptionist just changed my mood. I called for my brother's prescriptions which has been to clef since last week. I called CVS today and found out that it will not be filled until Thursday. I am concerned since he ran it of medications since Saturday. This rude receptionist sai they can't do anything because of the insurance. I tried to explain that I've been calling since last week and nothing happened. This receptionist is getting ruder and harsher as we go along in between calls. After each interruptions she comes back to me and not realizing that I am still in the line. I am trying to be patient with her but my patience waned so I asked her name and she stated"It's early in the morning and I have another customer in the other line. Just get to the point. I am not going to give you my name." Dr. Ravi and other staff are very kind and patient except to this employee who doesn't belong to this office at all. No dedication, patience,and compassion and whoever she is must be given a lecture of GMRC(Hood manners and Right Conduct)
