  Zell Lucas at APL is an outstanding associate with a kind demeanor, wonderful smile and helped me get the auto loan I needed to buy my dream vehicle. I’ll definitely be looking forward to working with Zell again in the future. He is the reason why I believe credit unions are the way to go. Much better than big banks.

  wow! Is what I have to say regarding loan processor, Anna. She made the experience of getting a newer car due to my old being totaled a breeze. She effectively communicated and was so kind and patient. I would recommend anyone to APL especially Anna! Best APL experience ever! I hope to hear she gets a promotion in the near future!

  APL has been my primary banking choice for more than 12 years. The institution consistently provides excellent services, great rates and low fees(much lower than commercial banks). Over the years I have checking, savings, HELOC and auto loans with APL. I also had various domestic and internal wires with them. They always check all information carefully to protect my interest. Employees are very polite all the time. I've been working with Columbia branch mainly and occasionally their loan officers virtually.

  I had an amazing experience! This was my first time establishing an auto loan with this bank. The APL rep Zell was very nice and respectful. I appreciate him speaking clearly and re-reading to me the documents that I had to sign. I look forward to doing business with him again.

  I needed an auto loan and someone recommended me to use APL federal credit Union, I feel like it was the best decision I ever took.. From the very beginning to the very end, everyone was very helpful and caring, nothing like I have ever seen at a financial institution. I am especially thankful to Tracy and Zell for their efforts in helping me get my new car..
