::I had good experience for men pedicure and manicure. It was only $30 for both. The store was clean and neat. People were also nice and friendly. =]

::This was my favorite nail salon until today! The girls were so nice and did such a good service when Sam was here, however, he left and it’s going downhill! I went to get a mani/pedi today which I normally do every 2 weeks. I made an appointment because I imagined it was going to be busy since it is almost memorial day, I got there before the time and I didn’t get any service until 45 mins later, I really didn’t care about the wait until they started doing my pedicure, I normally get ingrown toenails so I go there because Erica does a great job, so today I told her hey It looks like it’s ingrown can you please take my nail out, she immediately changed her face and was like I dont want to do that, have someone else do it, I was like OK, who? The owner came and she didn’t want too either, I mean wth, isn’t that why u go? I was like whatever, get it done with. I go next to get my manicure done and im like i will just do regular and they were like noo thats too cheap, im like noo my nails are getting to weak, regular is fine, turns out both of them got mad. I was like OK whatever, i got it done, turns out since its cheaper they did nothing but clean a little bit and out the door. No cream, no hot towel, NOTHING. She just painted my nails and threw me to a machine. After like 5 dries the polish was still wet. I let them know and they were like just keep drying. Then i left not even a goodbye, except for the kid, the kid is nice. He was like so sorry here is a 5 dollar coupon. I appreciate the coupon however I wont be using it, u need to take care of your clients while in house, not after u made them go through hell when I was just going to relax. Now it’s almost 8 pm and my nails are a disaster after I paid almost 50 bucks for failure.

::Two stars only because I loved this place before the last visit.. Was a client of this salon for over a year and a half, then they changed ownership and I will not be back. I went for my usual gel filling and pedi, and I was informed Sam(my go-to nail tech) was no longer at this location. I should’ve walked out right then. The older woman did my nails.. not only did it take 2.5 hours for a GEL FILLING.. she did a god awful job with the shape. I never had this issue with any other techs here.. i had to keep asking her to correct the shape because it wasn’t what I asked for (COFFIN SHAPE) and all she did was give me attitude. Then she cut my finger which I swear was on purpose because she was very gentle until I started mentioning things I didn’t like.. it just got to the point where I was like whatever.. when I went to pay (while expressing my dissatisfaction to the new guy running the place) I was offered a $5 coupon for next time , not even to correct the issue on the spot, which Sam would’ve done had he still been in charge btw.. I didn’t even bother with the coupon because I told him I wouldn’t be returning. This place is going downhill fast.

::Dont waste your time!!!! I came here looking to get a regular mani. There were 3 women at tables getting their nails done, and 2 other employees I could see in the back. No one said hello, or even acknowledged me, shame on them. I looked at their colors only to realize they were all gels. I looked around a few times for an employee so I could ask a question, but still no one acknowledged me. Finally a woman walked over to me, so I asked if all they had were gels and she mumbled something I couldn't understand. I asked if she spoke English and she replied yes. She informed me that the regular colors were on a different wall, but her boss told her that they don't have time for me, mind you it was 30 minutes before closing. Well clearly they didn't want my business and didn't even offer an apology or for me to come back another time. Then no, you don't deserve my business or a good review!!! There is no excuse for poor customer service!!!

::My nails always last about three weeks. Even if they grow people always compliment my manicures which at other places chip after the first week. My pedicures always last too and the cleaning methods are well done by all staff. I never have a specific person I go to when I visit the Clifton location but I can say that after going for four months everyone does a great job. The affordable price plus the customer service is beyond what other places try provide. Thanks for having a close by location to my home!
