  Order Kitchen cabinets for my kitchen and they got the measurements wrong and said it wasn’t their problem that they got the correct measurements and to top it of some of the cabinets came with defects. They did no exchange but gave me a kit for “me” to repair it, because the measurements were wrong I had to purchase 2 additional cabinets they said they would be ready in 2 weeks . 2 weeks go by and they aren’t ready . I had to go up there and ask when they would be ready and Lorena and Cynthia said they didn’t know . So I said then why would you tell me they would be ready in 2 weeks ? After that I asked for my money back since they didn’t have any clue when the cabinets would arrive. They said sorry we don’t give refunds only store credit. I said the only thing I need from here are the cabinets and you charged me these cabinets knowing you would not have them in the 2 weeks you promised. I ended up having to purchase an item totaling what I had paid for the cabinets. Another thing when notifying them the measurements were taken wrong Lorena said we only sale the cabinets our job is only to sell if they don’t fit thats not my problem whoever you get to install them must make them fit however they can. Worst customer service ever. They’re nice at first so they can get your money but afterwards once you’ve already paid them they wash they’re hands and don’t help you and treat you with such arrogance. Please do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything from here even though you will “save” yourself some money in the end it isn’t worth all the trouble they put me through. My kitchen hasn’t been finished because of this. Will NEVER give business to them again. $7,300 is the cost.

  I Really thank to APEX KITCHEN CABINETS & GRANITE COUNTERTOPS in Los Angeles. I visited their to buy Kitchen Countertops last month. The Countertops has very good quality with reasonable price. Their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Apex to every one.

  Didn't have a California Contractor's License. No recourse without a license and homeowners insurance will never pay for any unlicensed work or claims.
