  I took my '18 Raptor to Apex for some clear bra and ceramic coating. Long story short - they missed a few areas on the clear bra and somehow seemed to seal dirt in with the ceramic coating. They told me they would take care of everything which was great. Everybody makes mistakes, and I was happy that they were making good on it, so I brought my truck back a second time for corrections. When I came to pick up my truck for the second time, everything looked good. So good in fact that we decided to give them more business by having them do our Jeep - buff/polish and ceramic coat. They were also going to pop a dent in the driver side door. Tyler is the guy who we left the vehicle with when we picked up my truck, and told him everything we wanted. He told us it would be ready Tuesday which was 5 days later. It didn't end up being ready until Friday. We get there to pick it up, and the dent is still there. Tyler admits that he "spaced out" and completely forgot to have them do it because it was late at night and he didn't write everything down that we wanted. Okay fine. So my wife asks if they can just pop it out now and we'll wait for it. He replies no and that it can't be done even though he assured us it could easily be popped out when we dropped it off to him a week earlier...Okay. THEN when we're about to pay Gloria at the front desk - this guy, Tyler, has the balls to tell us that HE did US a FAVOR by taking our Jeep late at night (7PM...) even though they screwed up twice now on two different vehicles...He actually acted like it was our fault that he forgot. Unbelievable.. However thinking of it in hindsight, it actually was my fault. It was my fault for giving them MORE business after they screwed up my $95,000 truck the first time. Paying that $800 for my Jeep was the hardest $800 I have ever spent in my life, and all because of an unprofessional attitude and very poor customer service.

  They will probably complain to Google like they did with Yelp! to have my review removed— or they will be dishonest and say I am a fake reviewer. Neither is the case. I can attest that I visited this business approximately 10 months ago. I have dash cam footage and GPS tracking history to show my legitimate visit to this business. Anyone interested in seeing my evidence can contact me directly. Anywho; the business operator(s) knowingly conducted themselves inappropriately. I arrived to have my lights serviced — the “manager” was eating a sub in front of me like a starving child.. ** I will note that I did not actually have the service performed due to incompetence/inaptitude on the part of the business. ** I just what to put that out there before the business-owner decides to mention that to slander me or my reputation.. Moving on; The employees fiddled around with my headlights (as I can show on my dashcam footage).. after several minutes of total nonsense and incapablity, the business-operator said they are “truly sorry” as they cannot help me out at this time. .. furthermore they stated that I would need to “come back later”. Folks; I drove across the Valley and I had waited 3 weeks for this particular appointment just to be told this nonsense and be left walking away disappointed. When I complained on Yelp! Nine months ago; they contacted me personally begging me to “resolve the issue”.. They had even offered me a “discount”. .. I was out of town for several months so I kept telling them that I will “message them soon”. Finally when I got back to town I contacted them to find out just how generous their “discount” would be (the whole discount topic was their words & their idea — not mine; as I was prepared to leave and possibly urinate on their property before leaving as a token of my thanks for wasting my time).. But they literally had the audacity to email Yelp! To say I was extorting them. Lol. What a joke. Like buddy. You tell me .. “I am sorry for the experiwnce you have had and I want to make this right. I will offer you a discount.” Then when I message you asking “how much of a discount?”.. you complain ? Folks; How does that even make sense? Anyways. I want to share my footage and screenshots with the community members on here so that you can be made aware of the false and deceptive business practices that transpire here. Thanks for your readership and let’s keep the community strong and healthy and keep the hustlers and crooks at bay! Your reviews will help keep dishonest businesses like this one from engaging in their crookedness! Thanks Google family!

  Awesome experience! Communication was always top notch throughout the process. They also did an excellent job with my custom lighting request, window tint and powder coating the rims on my SUV. Anytime I had a question Tyler immediately got back to me. You can assure these guys produce quality work, they care about their customers and want to make sure you get exactly what you want. I will recommmend them to anyone who wants any type of custom work done for their vehicle. Thanks again guys!

  2009 Z06 Corvette Vinyl wrap roof and halo with killer subdued US flag (people are going nuts over it) Headlight housings painted black, oracle colorshift halos installed Work is top notch, I'm 100% satisfied in the workmanship and customer service. I've had the car back less than a week and I've never had so many compliments on how the exterior looks. You can trust them to take your car to the next level. Matter of fact, I just saw some million dollar cars at Barrett Jackson, and the wrap Apex did for my car was 1000 times better in quality than whoever wrapped those seven figure vehicles. I'll definitely be back to have them bring my next ideas to life.
