  Do NOT go here. I was pressured to buying a very expensive cars and was given the highest down payment and monthly payments. I understood why my interest rates were high but they were such liars and scammers. I'm young and this is my first time financing a newer car and they told me I'd be paying off my car for 3 years later on the papers I find the term to be 5 years when I only have a two year warranty. They will lie and pressure you and not give your money back.

  I bought my first car here and it was a really good and easy experience. Ali and Patrick was and are still big help, we stay in communication about questions I may have. Overall this is a good place.

  Just to be clear I didn’t even buy a car from Apex. I walked in looking to trade in my car and get a commuter car and the owner as well as a staff member sat me down and listened to my dilemma. After listening to me they gave me some very valuable advice and were honest with me. This is the first dealer I have ever been to in my entire life where they treated me like a human and were honest with me. We all know what it’s like to shop for a car on Long Island but Apex is different. They were so nice and selfless that they told me I’d be better served going another route with my car. They did not make a penny off of me yet they still looked out for me and cared about my situation. Just a very kind staff member and owner helping another guy out with no incentive to do so. This is why they’re rated so highly. Although I didn’t buy a car here I want everyone to know how helpful they were to me and I want other people to read this and trust them with your business because they deserve it. Probably the only honest and caring dealer on Long Island. Highly recommend!

  I recently purchased a Honda Civic from them. The staff is incredible and made sure I got the best deal possible. They thoroughly explained ever detail to me when signing the papers and were genuinely helpful. The car runs amazing! Very friendly people.

  First I would like say this was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've ever had. We were looking for a 2010 Jeep commander and after traveling around , we came across Apex. They had exactly what we were looking for and at a very reasonable price. The financing process was effortless and went very smoothly and within 24hrs we were picking up our Jeep !!! Patrick was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He communicated and explained every step of the way. So I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Patrick and the whole staff at Apex for the exceptional customer service and putting us in the perfect truck that we wanted.
