  I have one of their radiators in a 1996 C3500 6.5. The petcock (drain plug) broke when taking it out for the first time. I called the manufacturer’s office to find out where to get a new one and, not only was the customer service rep unhelpful and trying to get off the phone, they told me I would have to buy a whole new radiator because they “don’t sell just the drain plug”. This has been the worst automotive parts experience I’ve ever had as far as dealing with finding a part, and believe me, I’ve searched for and purchased thousands of parts. The part is cheap and broke and would cost them nothing to send me or make available to one of their clients for me to buy. I will NEVER buy an APDI product now knowing that their customer service is zero and that they are completely unwilling to help the consumer with their faulty parts that break. If they would simply let me know how to obtain the less than a dollar plug, i would be happy to change my rating to something more favorable. Part 8011523 radiator with faulty drain plug.

  Sent a radiator with a poorly made adapter for the transmission cooling line. After a short while the adapter broke and spewed transmission fluid all over the engine compartment and the road. Tried many times to call the company and always got a recording by a gravel-voiced woman that I needed to call back during business hours. Doesn't seem to matter that they've been at work for over an hour according to that message.

  I went to APDI today to get some parts for my radiator and was horrified at the way they conduct business! The let their employees smoke in the warehouse around very flammable boxes! I spoke to the manager David he Said he really did not care what I thought about his staff! I will not be storing anymore parts with them! Theresa
