::Tons of trails for hiking, biking, or horse riding. Dry rest rooms ie no water. Shady spot to sit and view the desert. It's hot. Bring water to drink and good shoes.

::Great mountain reserve area with a mix of hiking, biking, and horse trails. Public parking area is available. Trails range from easy to moderate.

::3.5 star review, 4 stars because this place is well maintained. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this is not a very interesting hike. It looks like it is a great place to mountain bike, and there were plenty of bikers out and about having a blast. This is not challenging at all to hike, and it doesn't have hardly anything around it to look at. Also it is super exposed, you would definitely fry here in the summer. Views are good in terms of plants, but it just sort of feels like you are on a pile of dust in the middle of nothing. The bathrooms and trail itself are very well maintained, but I would not make the drive out her for this hike again.

::Excellent place to visit during the early spring. The valley was full of flowers and the hike was really cool. The weather was extremely forgiving and I never felt I completed 10 miles of hiking.

::Great place to get out for a desert hike. Well groomed easy to follow trails. Not busy or crowded. Good size hills to add some cardio and take in the views. Or you can stick to the easy trails for the beginner hiker.
