  Most of the PT staff are very good but their policy towards insurance and billing is a total mess. Make sure you know that each provider only takes certain insurance. They make you sign a statement up front stating that you accept those terms but when you schedule time with a PT staffer, you need to make sure that specific staffer takes your insurance. Because if they don't, you have to pay. I tried to settle this issue with the owner but he never called me back. It was very disappointing and, after recommending several people to AON, I will not ever do so again. They know your insurance and they know whether the staffer you are scheduled with takes it but they don't feel the need to tell you. Very bad business if you ask me!
