::Everything about my appointment was great except for witnessing one of the 2 front desk girls be EXTREMLY rude to another family waiting to be seen. Although it had nothing to do with me witnessing this girls nastiness made me want to get up and leave and only didn't because again she didn't do anything directly to me. As I was filling out my paper work i hear her telling the mother of this family that she couldn't find her insurance information. The women told her that the other girl had her insurance card. The receptionist went back and spoke to a manager and comes out to tell the women they don't accept her insurance. The lady was upset because apparently she called ahead and someone told her that they do accept her insurance and had her information on file. The receptionist replied with an OK and slams her insurence card on the table. As someone who's worked in customer service/retail and has been a receptionist in Drs offices for many years that is not the responce that should be given to a customer whether they were in the wrong or not. She could have attest apologized for the miscommunication...pretty much anything would have been better than a nasty ok basically dismissing the women. If i had called ahead and been told my insurance would be accepted just to get there and been told it's not I would have been annoyed as well. The family then leaves and the receptionist (who's name is Tatiana I believe...heavyset with blonde hair) proceeds to tell the other receptionist (who did my prescreening and was very nice) "they really be trying me at work. I should have thrown the card at her face." That statement is what made me want to leave. How on earth does someone think it's okay to talk that way about a patient or potential paitent after they leave and IN FRONT of another patient waiting to be seen! I was very releaved that she wasn't the one who was prescreening me. Then Tatiana goes on to the sales floor and I hear someone call to her asking if the family that was just there left. She goes oh yeah they just left CLEARLY leaving out the fact that they left unhappy. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. This location needs to get rid of this girl before they lose more potential patients.

::Dr Lukose was very calm and professional during my comprehensive eye exam. She explained all and gave some personal helpful insights along the way. I was at ease and comfort throughout the exam. A pleasant personality from the Dr. always matters . The front are A receptionist was same quality of efficient and personable. Sorry I didn't get her name. Overall a very easy prompt and pleasurable experience for my wife and I.

::The people there were friendly and very eager to help me pick out my frames and talk to me about options for lenses. The doctor was a little more insistent then I would like about getting rx sunglasses along side my 'indoor' glasses that I just use everywhere, and obviously they like to push you toward higher end lenses but I've sort of come to expect that in businesses these days. Still, as long as you're assertive about what you want they are more then happy to help you out.

::The Best experience from the Manager that gave me the best attention and from Wallace he took care of my order and took his time explaining the process and what was the best and the right choice for me. The doctor Christina she's the best ever I never had anyone explaining every process that was done ✅ on my eyes. Great Team!!!!! I will recommend you guys anytime. Thanks Tyrone 😎😎
