  Way more free weights than I expected, also has a high-level kickboxing coach (Ernie) teaching classes. Very knowledgeable about MMA.

  I started going to this location over 2 years ago. It's a great location with a great view on the 2nd floor of the surrounding downtown area. Everyone is friendly and Ernie is very helpful and works with you in all your needs. I recently had to cancel my membership and the process was so simple, unlike another gym that I switched from. Thanks for making my hectic life a little simpler :)

  This place is great! I came to Jacksonville for one day and they let me have a day pass. Such a great wide open space and really friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend.

  Better late than never, best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are helpful and super friendly. I love management and the location is top notch. I found lots of pretty sights driving through downtown to get to the gym. I didn’t use the restrooms much but they were very clean. The other members were pretty cool too. Whenever I travel back to Florida, I will stop by to get in a great sweat.
