  I need it quick results on a very important test that I wanted redone and Quest Diagnostic was there for me. They are quick very professional and I didn't even feel the prick of the needle. Their staff is very informative and helpful. I suggest if you ever need any type of lab work testing, use this facility.

  Most quick and convenient blood test Iv ever received. Phlebotomist was excellent.

  I was there last week. Employee at the front, I believe her name is Patty was very rude. Conduct was inappropriate!!

  I went to this place to have my fingerprint for the first time and I was surprised by the attitude of the front desk attendant, she was the only employee in the place. She was a young lady with a blond hair and no badge .At first, she asked me to fill the fingerprint application and then to print the same information which was supposed to be printed by her just because apparently she did not want to do her work.She did not check my information in her PC and there was a mistake in my name in the application which she has already been submitted. Imagine that after I made a payment of 99 Dollars, she asked me to pay the amount again to make another application and told me that there is no other choice to correct my name. I called the background check services and made a correction to my name without paying a Dollar!!!! Such a non professional, non respectful, and non responsible attitude. I had a terrible experience Today and I have never been treated like this before. I hope that the management will be aware of this problem and improve their costumer service. Otherwise, I strongly recommend to stay away from this place.

  Went here to have specialty labs drawn that my doctor ordered. As that lab company pays for the blood to be drawn, I am only reviewing the blood draw service, not the prices or other offerings at ALTN. The phlebotomist was incredibly efficient and skilled at drawing blood. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Overall very good experience. The office itself is kind of small and not overly appealing.
