::Always has FANTASTIC pizza, BUT last night they had an error on their website and never received my order. I was initially really upset because I thought I had been charged, and waited over 2 hours for a pizza. But when I called the restaurant, Bill (the owner), provided excellent customer service and sincerely apologized. They even sent me a free large pizza and offered to credit my account. Talk about genuine. Such a great local pizza shop who cares about their customers, clearly! I really appreciate it and I will continue to recommend their pizza to all. (And keep ordering them myself!) Thanks Anthony's Pizza!

::Food is delicious but over 2 hours to deliver a pizza and a half order of mozz sticks is insane. I had to cancel my order after 2 hours and eat some soup and crackers. Y'all are bonkers if you think people will happily wait 2 hours for pizza when dominos comes in 30 or less.

::The food is usually amazing but customer service is extremely lacking. Placed order and there was clearly a mix up on the restaurant's end where my food didn't even get started until I arrived. In total ended up waiting over an hour and a half for 2 pizzas and a sandwich without a single apology, compensation or even acknowledgment that it should NOT have taken this long. The least you can do is admit you messed up and make it right. Long time fan of this place. Will not be returning after my experience tonight. If I had not already paid and been tricked into thinking my food would be done shortly I would have walked out. After leaving my family waiting for 2 hours I didn't exactly have much of a choice. Even a simple apology and the slightest ownership could have saved you a long time customer.
