  I called for benefits and spoke with Jane. Time of call is 11:00 am, date of call: 11/16/2018. She gave me inaccurate information and so I asked for her supervisor. It's already 11:51 am CST and no supervisor. I find this unprofessional. I am calling from Illinois.

  How is that your company has a building in the state of MO but I can't get a quote online to compare because I live in the state of MO???????? ALSO HAVE A 24 HR ACCESS LINE SO PEOPLE HAVE A WAY TO GET A HOLD OF YOU SINCE YOU HAVE NO WHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE TO SEND AN EMAIL WITH QUESTIONS OR CHAT WITH SOMEONE AND PEOPLE F'ING WORK DURING THE TIMES YOU HAVE AVAILABLE TO CHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I HAVE JUST SPENT 45 MINUTES TALKING TO 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND FINALLY LAST ONE SAID CALL MEDICARE. OF COURSE THEY CANT HELP ME. ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS A BILL THEY SEND A BILL TO ME OR JUST A SAMPLE. IT SHOULDNT BE SO HARD. NO ONE COULD HELP ME

  I sat on hold for 35 minutes to finally be disconnected. I have had their insurance for years and not once has anyone ever checked in to ensure I was properly covered. Luckily, I no longer need Anthem since getting married.
