::Almost hidden, this tiny mosque doesn't make an immediate presence. Found in the basement of the building 213 W Isabelle (215 might also be written - some numbering issue), this masjid functions as a relief for Muslims around and those travelling. There is also Jum'ah Friday prayers at 1:30 PM every week. A short half an hour pre-khutbah in Bangla and English starts at 1 PM. Parking close to the mosque might be an issue, especially on Fridays as it's the City's cleaning day for this side of New York. The mosque has a full time Imaam - currently a sweet retired top ranking government official from Bangladesh. He gives religious and moral classes to children close by at the mosque itself.
