  cuando el gato está de siesta los ratones hacen fiesta. I went to this place at 7 p.m. All I needed was a simple manicure the staff told me No! they could not serve me. So I went to the Korean place down the street. I was done by 7:30 p.m. on my way back home I passed by the same place, it was still open and the staff was just sitting around. The owner of course was not there. I've seen how the staff changes as soon as the owner's leave the place. They act one way in front of the owner and a complete different outcome when she's not there. I'm sure they've lost a few customers due to this. They use good quality products, but the service needs improvement or at least the owner needs to be there more often.
