  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They bouquet I originally had ordered looked NOTHING like what it should have been. I paid good money for it and what was delivered to my mom didnt even look worth $10. You are better off going and getting flowers in one of those tents they set up in parking lots around Valentine's Day. What's worse is that they offered to do a pick up and replacement and they never came out. I tried calling and the people told me they dont know when they would deliver the replacement flowers (wtf!) and then proceeded to hang up on me because they had nothing to say. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! They don't deserve to be in business. Dont waste your time, money, or frustration on them. They are NOT worth it. If I could, I wouldnt even give them one star.
