  Anna was great about using treatments that were gentle for my sensitive skin. She went above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot my daily skincare regimen. Thank you, can't wait to make my next appointment!

  Anna is amazing. I have gone to her twice to get my brows waxed. Most importantly, my brows look fantastic (to the point that complete strangers have complimented me on them--which is weird but still flattering). But almost as importantly, her customer service is truly top-notch. The first time I went for a wax I was on Retin-A, which I failed to mention to her. As a result a got a small burn on my brow following the wax. I emailed Anna to let her know, and even though we determined it was because of the Retin-A (you're not supposed to get waxed when you're on it) she told me how to treat it and checked in with me throughout the weekend about how it was healing. When I went back in for my second appointment, she told me it was free because I had gotten the burn last time. Mind you it was *my fault* that I had an issue with the waxing, not hers. The fact that she not only remembered me but also went out of her way to make it up to me was really impressive. She's just fantastic all around--highly recommend!

  I've come to Anna Skin Care for the Acne Treatment series, and it totally cleared up my skin. I started coming to see Anna every 2 weeks for a skin treatment peel, and then I also used products at home, and now my skin is super clear. Anna is really nice too, and she's very helpful if you have any questions on skin care. I've tried several places in Pittsburgh to help with my skin and this is by far the best. I can't say enough good things about this place!
