  I went to return a pair of tights they were torn when I bought it from another Ann Taylor store, The cashier gave me "the look" and went stray to the manager, i guess!? , the manager came out front and said: "THIS TIME is I think is OK to exchange it , but its very weird, they are very durable" in a very sarcastic way making feel like there were not torn rather than used.... t's not my fault there were already torn! I will never come to this store! VERY bad customer service!
