  I want to give a HUGE MASSIVE THANK YOU to the wonderful amazing Ann Cohen! Even though her niche is residential real estate, Ann wears many hats. I spent a lot of time looking for an office space for lease in a very specific location and was getting nowhere. A mutual friend put me in touch with Ann and while the particular 1 square mile of area I have my heart set on is not in her wheelhouse, she spent the evening and the next day researching the who's who of real-estate agents in my nook and put in me in touch with a great guy and a great company that operates just down the street. Since then I've met with them twice, seen a few very promising properties, almost all of which would work for me and have requests for proposals out to 3 different locations! Thats more than I had seen in THREE MONTHS of searching before the Ann stepped in. I have no doubt that she’s great if you’re buying or selling a house or condo but she is a great asset outside her service area so don’t hesitate to reach out no matter what your real estate needs are. If she can't help you right then and there, Ann will go above and beyond to connect you with the right resources and the right people to get you where you want to go!

  I have to say Ann and her team are miracle workers. I truly believe we would not be in our new house if we had been working with anyone else. Also, they helped our best friends purchase a home 3 streets away from us... all within 6 months. From the moment my husband and I met Jeff and Ann, we knew we wanted to work with them when buying our first home. We instantly felt comfortable being open about what we were looking for and what guidance we needed throughout the process. They were available to us any time we needed and were able to schedule showings for us with short notice. We knew we could rely on Ann's team to give us insight and honest advice about the competitive market we’re in. Additionally, they were extremely helpful with the issues we encountered during closing. I highly recommend the team and plan to work with them again in the future.
