  I needed an inspection of wiring to sell my house. Instead of sending an electrician to look over the wiring first they, without informing me, had an underwriter contact me. The underwriter came spent 15 minutes only to take pictures and then would not discuss the results with me because Anker made the arrangement. Every time I called Anker for the info on the inspection their front office told me to contact the underwriter who would then tell me to contact Anker. 'Round and round we went until Anker would not speak to me OR the underwriter. Bottom line: Poor to non existent communication. I wouldn't trust them to change a light bulb now.
