  Honesty or lack of in this case. If a business places it reputation on the value of 1 dollar then I will take my business elsewhere. Certainly a dollar is not much although honesty is priceless. When the agreed and posted price for a credit card transaction is $9 then that is what should be charged. Trying to skim 1 dollar, charging 10 then being offended when the bill is questioned is just crooked. A consumer needs to consider if this business services all together. I'm all for shopping and spending money will the local business owners although charging more for services provided. No way.
