  Totally rushed and rude, my pedicure was 10 min long total and the salon was completely empty. Now I know why it was empty on a Friday at 4pm and why the reviews were this low. Not friendly; zero eye contact zero greeting or acknowledgement. Only words exchanged the whole time were "pick a color" in a nasty rude loud tone. Were rough moving me around switching and re-positioning/tossing my feet abruptly. The girls looked miserable and angry doing our pedicure; they did not look at us the whole time. When my mom asked her to show her how to turn on the massager she gave an attitude grabbed it without reply, and then started saying something to the other girl in their language like she was complaining about it. They rushed the entire pedicure; my feet did not soak at all, they were in water for less than 5 minutes. Being that there were literally ZERO customers in there besides myself and my mother, I really don't know what the rush was?? Not coming back. Lastly, the nasty man actually made me get up from the pedi chair to dry when I asked to sit on massager longer? SO shocked when he said no, there was no one there! So disgustingly rude. I wish I could give zero stars but 1 is the lowest google offers. Try to be nicer next time it does not take much effort at all, this place will close soon if they don't change their horrid demeanor. Very disappointed at these nasty and miserable people. Now I know why the reviews were so low. Do not go

  My nails were rushed and I was rushed out at exactly 7:30. My nails were not even dry. Will never go back there again.

  They tried to hold a girl and lock her in because they didn't want to take their own gift certificate. Avoid this place

  Woooorrrsttttt experience ever ! Terrible terrible customer service. I get my nails done a lot and I've gone to many places in Rockland, this by far has been the worst. The girl who helped me seemed so annoyed the whole time. My nails came out super patchy as well as my friends nails (we both got gel) .. I have gave a tip on my card and my friend did not since we didn't think the service was good enough for a $10 tip. The girl got so angry and demanded a tip, she told us we have to tip each .. it was sooo embarrassing. I gave her an extra tip and walked out , never ever again coming here nor do I recommend anyone to go there
