::Wanted to try a new bike shop ,purchased a couple of times and i must say i would never go back again .the dad and son are both rude.i can not even get a small thing fixed without them throwing a hand written sign saying $25 dollar purchase minimum ,not only that the dad Andy starts talking about how cheap the Doctor and lawyer customers are and that they want everything for free.this place should not be in business sorry .

::The bikes are great quality but the customer service sucked. I reserved a bike that I wanted on layaway and was given a certain time frame to pay for it. The dad kept calling me every two weeks asking me when I was going to come and make a payment on the bike. It felt like I was dealing with a damn bookie. I finally decided that he can keep the $40 I had paid thus far and the bike as well. Most unpleasant experience of my life.

::I’ve been here twice. I went in on mixed reviews and was shocked how good the service was. The 1st time the Younger Andy the son of the owner helped me fit new tires on my bike and took his time with me. Overall great experience. 2nd time I go back Andy Jr. was not there someone younger was there got another tire and mud guard. The kid was nice worked really fast and even helped me get into the store. Gave the kid a tip for being kind and honest. The downfall to this place is the old man. He talks under his breath and thinks your not listening. Wants to charge extra for just about everything. I think it’s time grandpa stays home and the kids run the shop. Didn’t even bother to give me a receipt.
