  Andrew station is usually grimy and dirty. There is a lot of riff-raff around at times. However Andrew Square is getting cleaned up and along with it everything else in the neighborhood is benefiting. This station is fairly big and there are numerous bus lines that bring people to different parts of the city.

  Not the best location to land in a nice, walkable area. But it's closest to South bay shopping center and has a covered waiting areas for buses, and indoor waiting area for subway. South bay center has best buy, home depot, target, stop & shop, to max, office depot, Applebees, metropcs, show carnival, bed bath and beyond, olive garden, panera...and soon more (cinema, walburhger, ulta...)

  Not a bad station considering it's so close to "methadone mile". Red line to alewife is usually quick. During the week it takes about 8 min between subway trains so there's always one within a few min of arrival.

  Aside from the rowdy teens and meth bums, I don't mind the service.
