::I would absolutely not recommend anybody to call these people, the worst customer service of all time. I called frustrated about a substantial hidden fee that was billed to me after fulfillment of a previous bill. Not only did I engage in a full on argument with them, they actually continued to talk over me while I was speaking. If a company is taking money from you, then you deserve the respect to be heard! it's their job to calm the situation. Not elevate it.
