::Reminder of natural earth formations before man. Unfortunately the area has quite a bit of litter though

::Great rock. Unfortunately was covered by a minivan and graffiti at time of visit.

::As far as rocks go, this one is a real winner. Great personality, convivial, and thoughtful, this rock is glacial only in name. Update: 1-24-18 —Went to rock yesterday to relax, noticed striations typical of glacial injuries. Rock seems unperturbed. We spoke about many things, come to believe that rock is very wise. I upgrade rock status to 7 stars, google unresponsive. Will update further as necessary.

::Easily the best rock I’ve seen blocking an urban road. It essentially cuts 12th St in half. Strangely there’s no information or signage at the spot and it’s not clear how (or if) this is protected. It should be simply because of how wonderfully absurd it is.

::Fantastic piece of pre-historic real estate that no man or government can bend to its will. It’s a park. Free to the public and nature. Not a road or property under anyone’s control.
