  I had a great experience here! The customer service was prompt, friendly, and straightforward. You do pay a premium for the services offered, but the convenience factor was worth it to me. It's great to have a downtown option for DMV services!

  Incredibly convenient! The customer service was a breath of fresh air compared to the traditional DMV. Though it may be more expensive, you'll be cutting lines of people, getting one on one time to address your needs, and you'd be supporting a local Alaskan; who doesn't want to do that!? Best of luck!
