  My favorite meditation studio in the city! Anchor not only feels like a sanctuary once you walk inside, but I know that I can trust they source the best teachers from across the Bay Area. Will definitely be back!

  This has become my home away from home! This new neighborhood gem delightfully captures the feel of your dream home while providing a relaxing space to drop into your meditation. They offer an assortment of meditation styles to sample all paired with truly amazing teachers. Each time I attend, I leave feeling calm, grounded, and really good about myself. I highly recommend this studio for all levels of individuals who incorporate or would like to incorporate meditation into their lives!
