  This program changed my life in all the right ways! Julie and Denys are two of the most supportive mentors you could possibly hope for. I watched my whole class of YTT students flourish and evolve into unique and authentic teachers over the course of 9 months. I picked this program specifically because of their emphasis on diversity and inclusion since I'm a larger bodied practitioner, and I'm so grateful that I did. I also like that the program isn't modular, so you don't cover one topic all weekend and do another topic another weekend. This program is set up with a little of each topic each weekend, which I felt helped me to wrestle with and digest the topics each time and get a chance to get my questions answered. I was confident to teach upon graduation, and many of my fellow graduates were teaching soon after as well. I got a nice mix of anatomy, philosophy, kirtan/chanting, asana practice, teaching practice, and even special guests and workshops on special topics each weekend. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to become a yoga teacher or expand their understanding of yoga!

  An authentic yoga teaching school, with teachers who are experienced and approachable. The program is well rounded and transformational.
