::I have been staying here a few times because our usual place was booked. But this time the family suite beds were so uncomfortable. And the noise that we heard ALL NIGHT IN THE WALL DIDN'T HELP. We stayed in the suite next to the pool. I wasn't happy about the beds or noise. Don't think we'll be back. The customer service is good but they need to upgrade the beds. And the wall plugs don't hold your charger in place they fall right out.

::I've stayed here a couple times. They're decently larger rooms than you'd think from an "inn". Wooden floors give it a nice, clean look and feel. Furniture, walls, sinks, bathrooms look very well-maintained. If you're in building A, you'll get a good view of the 9:30 pm Disneyland fireworks right from your door/window. Never an issue with parking. Walking to the Disneyland/California Adventure entrance is about 20 mins. It's less than a mile away. You'll probably want to rideshare back at night though (~$8), especially after a long day of walking at the theme parks. Compare this to spending $30+ dollars for patking. The one thing I'd say bad about this place is that when someone next door uses their water for shower for flushing the toilet, the pipes are inside some thin walls, so you'll hear it. Overall, the value here is great 👍

::I've read some bad reviews on here but my experience was great. I don't smoke so I'm assuming I'll get my security deposit back. We stayed for 4 nights and 3 of the 4 nights had made beds which was great. We had 4 people and we stayed in the family suite. 3 beds, 1 in a separate room. It was nice having the privacy. This definitely isn't the best room you're ever going to get but it did the job. 1 of the 3 beds was super uncomfortable and squeaky, we just didn't sleep on it. The TV had a strange permanent glow even when it was off, kinda weird but whatever. There is a pool and hot tub but it was locked, probably due to Covid. There isn't free breakfast but Taco Bell, Starbucks, and McDonald's are pretty close. We ended up eating at the gas station everyday on the way to or from Disneyland. The walk is between 15-20 minutes to the gates. You can cross right at the gas station or go over the bridge and cross later. Either way, I wouldn't suggest walking super late at night alone. Great place for the price and I'd stay here again, as long as I get my security deposit back.

::If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service from the moment we checked in. They wouldn’t give us any towels. We had a broken faucet in our room which was very loud and we were not able to contact anyone to come fix it. When they finally came in the morning they just left it running until we checked out so we were unable to shower before heading home. On top of everything, kept the $100 deposit without viable reason. Will never stay here again.

::Stayed there for our weekend Disney Trip and was a very good hotel for about $65 a night especially considering a lot of other hotels are $100+ for being this close to Disney. Room was clean. Fridge looked a bit dated but still worked great and was able to freeze things in the upper ice area. Can't say anything about the pool as it was 50 degrees and it was closed. Check in was super quick and the guy was super nice. They did charge my card with an extra $100 before we got there, but it was just a security deposit and it was corrected after we left. Over all great Hotel if you're going to the Disney parks !
