  Went in for a specific ornament that happened to be the last one left in the store. The sales associate went to find the appropriate packaging and came back telling me that it was promised to another customer and I wouldn't be able to buy it. Going from super excited to completely let down led to a poor first-time experience.

  There's an old grumpy lady that works there that has a problem with Hispanic people
