  We used Ann Chalos for our appraisal process and I can't imagine how it could have gone any smoother. We were in a time sensitive situation where we needed to get the process done as soon as possible and Ann and her staff were so professional and easy to deal with.   We felt Ann Chalos did an incredible job. She answers calls/texts promptly, was able to schedule an inspection very quickly, and arrived right on time. She was very knowledgable of the local market, and produced an easy to read report that was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend her without question, and would use her again.

  AMS appraised my house in Kingston Springs. There were not very many comps and it is a log home. The lender was concerned about the appraisal before the appraiser came out because log homes have many requirements on the appraisal. AMS worked really hard for me. They called realtors from all over the county and we had no issue. I was able to move into my home with no problem! I would recommend AMS appraisal group to everyone!!

  AMS Appraisal just appraised one of my clients home and they did a fantastic job! Ann, the appraiser showed up on time and was very professional and thorough. She had great knowledge of the area. The value of the home was right on the money. My client now will be able to get exactly what her home is worth.
