  I just needed to swap to my winter tires. Asked for a price, was told $35, so I accepted the price. Once done he said: "You got the deal of the day, I didn't know it was a BMW. Next time please don't come back" Didn't he notice what car it is when he drove it in?? They are tires! Not an intelligent robot that needs diagnosis. Then when I wanted to pay with card he said: "oh now you're going to kill me with the card, I get charged for that... I'm not making any money!" I just said that its not my fault, and that I'm definitely not coming back. He replied " it's ok you're not hurting my feelings". No wonder this place is so empty! Talk about manners and customer service. Tire store across the street was so busy they wanted me to leave the car for the day.
