  My Ameris Mortgage Officer Marc Budnik has truly made me feel as though I made the best choice in mortgage banks. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I not only understand but that I feel comfortable and confident in throughout this entire home buying process. He counseled me months before I had a home in mind. Answered his phone after ours and on the holiday and worked on my docs while he was out of the country on vacation. His work ethic is unmatched. By the time I found the home of my dreams, EVERYTHING was fully vetted. Although the stigma is that “Banks are conservative” Mark and the Ameris team have provided white glove service all the way through as though I was his only client. I did not get this level of care and service when I approached other mortgage companies. Thank You Marc ❤️ The May Family!!!

  Mark and Logan were amazing during my first mortgage process. They made it so easy and broke it all down for me, so I made sure to understand everything to the fullest. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist me on a huge step. Would highly recommend working with Mark and Logan!

  Great experience. Working with Mark Z from initiation to close was great! Chris was awesome as he literally walked me through so much paperwork throughout the process.

  My review is for Logan Hinton, he was my point of contact through out my loan process. I’ve actually never spoken to Mark Daker and not sure as to what he do. However Logan was great. And kept me in the loop. With rates going up, he was able to lock me in on the lower level. My loan closed in time. Our experience was great with Mr. Logan Hinton

  Mark from Ameris Bank went above & beyond to secure me a loan that best suited my financial needs. He took the time to follow up with me weekly and always responded quickly via email.
