  It got exeptional views all around. If only people put their picnic trash in a bin...and fish guys didn't leave fish scraps all over benches, smelling in a summer.

  Nice pier, good spot for everyone,new ferry service that will take you many places in nyc. Awesome cafe up the block. Good spot to view the river

  Nice place to hang out during summer time. Bring your own food or order from 3rd Ave restaurants. Enjoy the view of Manhattan downtime, FiDi Freedom tower. well connect with lower Manhattan - Ferry SB line,; Express bus - X27/X38; Subway - R/N.
