  Super nice lady in check-in window unfortunately doesn’t compensate for slow ass loaders. Make sure your reefer is precooled because it’ll delay even lOOOOnger. Usual practice-three hours. I’m the only one truck here with-20F trailer waiting already an 1.5 hrs for them to back me into a door. Parking on a street only.

  If you ever have to go here, go in the evening, and talk to dave the manager he and the night crew are amazing, the day crew sucks nuts though
