I booked through my hopper app to which the owner informed me not to do that again or he would refuse my reservation as he "doesn't have a contract with them." I'm pretty sure my app doesn't have any motels they aren't allowed to reserve at but I emailed them to update taking this terrible hotel off the list. I stay at so many hotels between work and vacay that I'm never picky but this .. was scary bad. My husband has never even seen a roach in his life and I got to introduce him to his first one upon entering our room. There was ripped furniture, mismatching curtains, paper towel and newspaper stuck to the ceiling... I was scared to climb in the bed. If it hadn't been so late and I hadn't been so tired I would have just eating the money and gone somewhere else. Beware, this is beyond the "you get what you pay for." If I could give it no stars I would.

Disgusting musty moldy stains and questionable things stuck to the walls no elevator the shower curtain was backwards?!? (Plastic side outside and cloth side inside) Took 30 mins of running the hot water to get a warm shower spent 30 minutes trying to figure out a card that would work to get into the room. Didn't see any evidence of the "free breakfast" but at least there is a McDonald's and Wendy's across the street. One of my worst hotel experiences ever.

I had just left a seedy hotel due to feeling unsafe and had no cell reception, ultimately landing at the Americas Best Value Inn. After a long flight journey, I was desperate to just shower and sleep. I have slept in hostels many times, and am therefore not very picky. HOWEVER, just walking up the stairs to my room should have been my initial red flag, it was absolutely dirty. The door and lock were flimsy, already giving me a bad feeling. ALL cabinets were wide open (with dried drips down them), the TV was on, half of the curtain was ripped off, the sink was not cleaned, a painting was hanging at a 45Β° angle, the coffee pot still had dark driplets in it, and there was dirt and swirling dust bunnies all over the floor. As a solo female traveller, I could not stomach staying here for the night, I felt unsafe. I left immediately and told the front desk clerk all the reasons why I'm leaving. She PROMISED me a full refund within a few days (of a whopping 160 USD!) for the inconvenience. It's been 2 months, and despite my Trip Advisor review and my direct contact pleas, I have not gotten my promised refund NOR an appology for their disgusting service. Please, no matter how desperate you are: STAY AWAY!

This hotel is a dive! Apparently they had a fire in the main building so check in was in a small cluttered office. The room reeked of mold. The floor was sticky and the cheap flooring was buckling so it was uneven. The linens had cigarette burns. The walls were painted different colors and it was not a decoration. I think someone was shot in the kitchen since the tiles looked like they were blood stained. Do not stay here. Totally the worst place to stay.

We booked a room 6 months in advance. Our flights kept getting rescheduled, so we ended up there at 2 am. Apparently there had been a bad fire a week before & since we showed up β€œlate” (website says you can check in from 3-whenever), they rented out any extra room they did have & NO ONE called us. We showed up & had no where to go & had no idea there had been a fire. Every other hotel in the area was booked or $400+/night. We ended up driving the 3 hrs to our ultimate destination. How could you not call your registered guests ahead of time & help them get other accommodations????
