::Don’t spend your money here! The service rendered per employee differs...greatly! The gentleman from checking me in on yesterday was excellent. I stopped by the office to grab another key because my boyfriend had the other one and the same fellow helped me. This is what killed it...I was showering and my boyfriend said he was going to the office to pay for another night. He came back and said the clerk told him he had to leave. In the middle of me washing off my rough week I was inconvenienced with this. Mitchell who is currently working gave me the worst service ever! The guy who checked me in had someone in front of me and asked me to fill out my name, phone number, and signature. He did everything else. He asked if anyone was with me and I told him my bf. After all we were booked for 2 people. He didn’t ask for his info. Mitchell told me it was my fault that I did not put his info on the card. I was never asked to in the first place! Don’t be harassed! Spend your money where the quality is good and you are appreciated!

::Service was very kind and helpful. The guy at the desk answered questions I didn't even think to ask! Rooms were very clean and better than what I expected. If you're traveling through Fort Worth and need a place to stay overnight to get some rest, then this would be my top pick. Exceeded all of my expectations. If their breakfast is not enough, it was okay IMO, there is an IHOP extremely close and it has good employees and fast service.

::The service is good everytime I went down to request more pillows and linen. The rooms are spacious and clean. I booked a room for a king even though the actual room I received had 2 beds. They also had a do not disturb sign available should you need it. I do want to note that they have a vending machine in the lobby which contains a few essentials such as toothpaste to purchase should you forget to pack them.

::The room was very nice. If traveling and someone else is purchasing the room, make sure you know if they did it online or over the phone. We ran it to a problem with checking in. We were told due to the fact that someone else was paying for the room that we would have to put down an additonal $50. Which makes no sense because it was being paid with a credit card. The guy at the front desk was absolutely horrible. He was rude and disrespectful. He made everything way harder then it had to be. Unfortunately this was the only staff I had any contact with. I hope that he is the only one that acts like that.
